HOW IT WORKS...

Step 1: Design Your Program 

When you are ready to design your Team Development Program, the first step is to determine the following:

  • Number of workshops (we recommend 5-6 in order to see real progress)
  • How often workshops will occur (1x/month or 2x/month)
  • Who will attend? (Up to 30 people per workshop)
  • Start Date (must book at least two weeks in advance)

When you are ready to rumble, we'll be with you every step of the way to answer questions and help design a program that best meets your needs. 

TEAM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our team development programs focus on improving organizational health from the inside out. 

In each workshop we set goals with your team based on the Needs Assessment, and use fresh and engaging music and drumming experiences to work toward those goals.

We typically recommend a series of 6 workshops on either a monthly or biweekly schedule, with each workshop building on the previous to work toward reaching your goals. 

While many recreational team builders offer a one time “inspire and forget” event, we support your team in increasing passion, productivity, creativity, and creating an inspiring culture that will last.

Step 2: Conduct Needs Assessment

We start with a specially designed Needs Assessment to learn about your company’s needs directly from team members.

Team members will provide anonymous feedback on a 25 question assessment that measures organizational health in 5 key areas, including Purpose and Goals, Processes, Team Relationships, Problem Solving, and Passion & Commitment.

The Assessment analyzes key indicators that may be holding your team back from operating at its peak efficiency. It will serve as a basis for designing your unique program, as well as a baseline for measurable progress.

Step 3: Get Your Groove On!

We'll come in and lead goal-oriented workshops full of invigorating rhythm, laughter, and playfulness. We will use music to learn about key concepts affecting the workplace and how to overcome the challenges discovered in the Needs Assessment.

At the end of each workshop, the team will work together to identify next actions to take in working toward their goals, and we’ll follow up and measure progress the next time we meet.

Step 4: Reach Your Goals

After the final workshop in your Team Development Program we will measure the improvements from the perspective of your team.

Team members will again take the Needs Assessment and we will measure improvements in the key areas of Purpose, Processes, Relationships, Problem Solving, and Passion.

We'll share the results with you, you'll see the change in numbers and improved culture, and you'll walk away the hero at having offered your team something unique, effective, and meaningful.
